Rubbing color fastness tester is used to determine the amount of color transferred from the surface of colored textile materials to other surfaces. Clamping a white test cloth for wet and dry crocking test to the finger(@16), rubbing on the specimen back and forth 10 times for 10 seconds in distance of 10cm with a loading of 900g, the white test cloth is stained from colored textile material. Color transferred to the white test cloth is assessed by a comparison with the Gray Scale for staining.
