The DL-3012 is a Fabric Water-Spray Tester (also known as a Spray Rating Tester) manufactured by Daelim Starlet, a South Korean specialist in textile laboratory equipment.
It is designed to measure the resistance of fabrics to surface wetting by water. This is a critical test for outdoor apparel, rainwear, and performance textiles to determine how well water-repellent finishes (like DWR) are performing
