The DLF-72S / DLF-90S Automatic Dye Dispensing System is a high-precision solution designed for efficient and accurate dye and auxiliary chemical dispensing in textile laboratories and dyeing facilities. It supports both volume and weighing metric dispensing (optional) and features a magnetic stirring system to ensure uniform mixing of dyestuffs and auxiliaries.

The system is available in two models: DLF-72S, equipped with 72 dyestuff bottles (1000cc each), and DLF-90S, featuring 90 dyestuff bottles (800cc each). Both models include five 2000cc auxiliary bottles, a 16-pot dyeing holder, and a robot-assisted dispensing system for reliable and automated operation.

With a dispensing accuracy of ±0.02cc, medium-color dispensing speed of 10–12 minutes per 16-pot combination, and syringe capacity options of 40cc (standard) or 80cc (optional for continuous dyeing), the DLF series ensures consistent and precise results. Powered by 220VAC single-phase supply (2kW), the system has a compact footprint and robust construction, making it ideal for modern dyeing laboratories requiring accuracy, speed, and automation.
